Micrometeorology is a vital factor in Air Dispersion Modelling, a mathematical process that simulates how the pollutants move through in the atmosphere and hence requires multiple years of hourly meteorological data such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature etc. Apart from its importance in air pollution abatement, micrometeorological monitoring also plays a significant role in Agriculture by aiding the farmers in taking informed decision like screening for heat tolerance, optimise water use, pest control etc.

Effluent and wastewater testing is a process that evaluates the quality of wastewater, and determines the extent of pollution in industrial and process waste water, which, thereby establishes the characteristics of the effluent waste water. This will then enable one to to design an appropriate treatment system, to meet the stipulated discharge standards of various regulatory bodies. This will ensure that any activity generating effluent waste water not only meet the regulatory standards, but, prevent pollution/contamination of the surrounding environment, thereby preventing any adverse environment impact.

DESCRIPTION:
Noise monitoring assists identify predominant sources of noise, wherein employees could be exposed to high noise levels, which can result in hearing loss, tinnitus, migraine, and other health concerns. Noise Monitoring therefore enables one to undertake appropriate measures to control noise levels to within lower levels ie noise levels above 75 dB(A) are harmful, although WHO stipulates any Noise Level above 65 dB(A) as noise pollution, whereas any Noise Levels above 30 dB(A) can affect peaceful sleep at Nights. Regular Noise Monitoring will thus enable incorporate appropriate mitigation measures to prevent Noise pollution and its deleterious effect on Human Beings & other living creatures.
