Parameters:
Escherichia coli, Faecal coliform, Faecal streptococci, Coliform, Total Bacterial count.

Description:
Microbial contamination of Ground & Surface water can happen through several sources viz., industrial discharges by Industries, domestic waste discharges from nearby settlements, proximity to sewage treatment plants, faecal defecation by animals or human beings, run-off carrying contaminated soils, etc. Ground & Surface water are predominant source for domestic use & irrigation. Microbial contamination can therefore result in serious health diseases such as E Coli infections, diarrhoea, giardiasis, cholera, typhoid, salmonellosis, hepatitis A, polio etc. Hydrological drivers such as rainfall or irrigations activity, micro-organisms contained in animal dejections may be mobilized in runoff, that infiltrates through superficial soil and the unsaturated zone into ground water. Microbial testing of Ground & Surface water can identify potential health hazard & prevent public health concerns, apart from assisting in appropriate treatment for public supply, and understand the relationship between pathogens & diseases.

PARAMETER:
Coliform, Total Bacterial count, Escherichia coli, Legionella

DESCRIPTION:
Boiler feed make up, and cooling water an essential requirement in manufacturing process of any Industry requires water, and these often find difficulty in Biofouling due to growth of algae, fungi, bacteria in wet surfaces. These therefore results in adversely affecting the equipment performance, promote corrosion & accelerate deterioration of material. Therefore, making it essential to undertake regular Bio-Monitoring of the feed & make-up water used in Industries, to enable suitable application of antimicrobials in the system.

PARAMETERS:
Carbohydrates, Crude Fat Magnesium, Manganese as Mn, Total fat, , Crude fibre, Crude Protein, Energy, Iodine, Manganese as Mn, Moisture, Nickel as Ni, Phosphorous, Salt as NaCl, Total ash, Total Protein, Urea Nitrogen

DESCRIPTION:
Quality of animal feed used determines the quality of animal products such as milk, meat, egg etc. Quality of animal feed also determines the extent of feed intake by lives tocks, its nutrients & digestibility & most importantly the safety of live stocks ie domesticated or animal husbandry. All domesticated animals & animal husbandry such as Dogs, Chicken, Pigs, Cattles need balanced diet for their growth as also for reproductive & overall health. Animal feed largely is formulated with ingredients such as grass, crop residues, grain, oil seed cakes etc. These ingredients could be a cause or source of contamination that can affect the quality & safety of Animal feed produced. Testing of feed used in livestock are therefore crucial. To ensure appropriate nutritional intake for the livestock, it is important to determine the nutritional contents in the feed, which can result in achieving optimal milk, meat & egg production. Testing of animal feed can prevent over-supplementing, save cost, reduce nutrient imbalance, and optimize diet intake by the animals. The essence is for successful animal nutrition, precise knowledge of the composition of the feed is integral. For example, percentage of protein will enable arrive at an appropriate protein energy ratio, which can maximize feed efficiency and growth. Testing of animal feed is essential to determine its nutritional values, dry matter, acid detergent fibre, neutral detergent fibre, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium & that it is free contaminants such as mycotoxins, veterinary drugs, pesticides, and other chemical or microbial contaminants

PARAMETER:
Coliform, Escherichia coli, Total Bacterial count

DESCRIPTION:
Microbial contaminants generally found in drinking water are Bacteria, Viruses, & Pathogenic Protozoa. Of these, significant causes of water borne diseases have been due to Bacteria such as Escherichia coli (E. coli), Salmonella, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella dysenteriae, Yersinia enterocolitica, Francisella tularensis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and therefore essential to ensure Drinking Water is free of these pathogens, and are safe for Human Consumption. The methods generally employed for microbial testing are Plate Count (Growing Colonies on a Nutrient Media so that they can be counted), Membrane Filtration (Passing water through a sterile membrane filter with small pores, which can then be kept on agar plate or absorbent pad on which colonies can be counted), Flow Cytometry (a rapid reproducible microbial analysis used for operational assessment, root cause analysis, and disinfectant validation)

PARAMETER:
Coliform, Escherichia coli, Total Bacterial count

DESCRIPTION:
Demineralized water are those in which minerals & salts are completely removed, and is often called as de-ionized water used as feed in Boiler for steam generation, however, microbes present in raw water have often shown to be present in de-ionized water due to growth of algae, fungi, bacteria in wet surfaces. These therefore results in adversely affecting the equipment performance, promote corrosion & accelerate deterioration of material. Therefore, making it essential to undertake regular Bio-Monitoring of the Boiler Feed & its raw water. Demineralized water is also used in many applications such as rinsing in chemical, pharmaceutical, & food industry, which subsequently are a matter of consumption by Human Beings & hence required to be free of any microbes. Distilled water is those that have been completely purified and removed of all contaminants, used extensively in laboratory analytical procedures, where testing requires using of pure clean water to get accurate results of analysis, and hence should be free of any traces of microbial interference.

Butter shall have a shelf life of 30-Days in ambient temperature, or 6-Months if > 45oF or 1-Year if stored at < 45oF. Butter contains 16-18% moisture can potentially harbour harmful microorganisms if not processed, stored, or handled properly. Common pathogens that may be found include Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. Butter can be adulterated by adding vegetables fats, banana pulp, potato puree etc, hence fatty acid profiling can help identify adulteration
